Luke has lovely personality and relaxed manner so felt he could handle sale in very capable manner. Delighted when he valued unit at $50 thousand more than expected in view of poor condition, also when found buyer within few days. Would thoroughly recommend Luke as agent for buyers or sellers of real estate. Unfortunately took three minutes to complete sale due to health issues etc, otherwise would have been done within month.
