Luke has lovely personality and relaxed manner so felt he could handle sale in very capable manner. Delighted when he valued unit at $50 thousand more than expected in view of poor condition, also when found buyer within few days. Would thoroughly recommend Luke as agent for buyers or sellers of real estate.
