She had excellent insights, and was highly professional, yet warm, friendly and approachable. And Ly always had time for my million questions as a first time seller. Now that I'm shopping around for a house again on the south side, I truly appreciate just how professional and wonderful Ly and her team were. Cannot recommend enough!!!

What turned out to be a horrible experience buying a house because my broker and conveyancer dropped the ball... Ly from Harcourts was the one person that showed they care. Very responsive and helpful she did everything she could to help me through the process, I was so happy with her service I opted to use Harcourt as my real estate manager.
