Marcel was friendly and easy to deal with from beginning to end. The whole buying process was so easy for me because of Marcel. I thought he provided great service and was an excellent communicator. He was always professional and yet was very relatable, and I always felt like he genuinely cared. He always did what he said he was going to do, and I feel he went over and above what he had to do for me as the buyer. I don't have anything but good things to say about him.
