Mario and his offsider David did a great job in marketing the property and helping organise the logistics (photos, cleaning etc). We were very happy with the on-line marketing, especially the photos selected. They managed the open-house inspections very professionally. Mario's negotiating skills were especially evident of the day of the auction. We were pleased with the price obtained and the after sales service.

Mario was the best agent we could have asked for to sell our property. His knowledge of the area and the buyers we were hoping to attract proved to be excellent for the sale of our house. Mario achieved a result way above our expectations. A Quodling.

From the initial meeting to the auction ( including post sale follow up ), Mario, Sarah and David ( Team Sanfrancesco ) execution of the process was absolutely seamless. They all displayed a professionalism that was refreshing. Mario's conduct was without reproach and he 'bent over' backwards to explain the process to my brother and I and, more importantly, to our very elderly parents who had occupied the house for over 63 years. Mario came with a very high recommendation from a trusted friend ( to whom I owe an enormous debt of gratitude ) and he exceeded all our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Mario Sanfrancesco

I engaged Mario through my selection of Peter Blackshaw to manage the sale of my mothers home. It was the first time the property had been on the market since her father built the house in 1939. This was clearly a sensitive sale of a property with significant family history. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the marketing strategy, the hard work and of course the outcome achieved by Mario and his team. The whole experience, while being quite stressful, was made far easier by Mario's calm, professional approach. I'm more than happy to recommend Mario and team! Ian Heffernan... July 2017

Mario was fantastic! He kept us up to date with everything along the journey and exceeded all of our expectations. Mario took all the stress out of selling our house and we would recommend him to anyone who wants someone who is the best there is!

Mario and his team were such a pleasure to work with. Mario has great knowledge, is incredibly approachable and personable. He was acomidating with his time, and always happy to fit in around our busy work and family schedules. We highly recommend Mario.

Steve and I found the whole experience so easy,Mario is on the ball, knows what his doing. The team know there stuff, come and help you at any stage, nothing was to much trouble and I had a new puppy.I would honestly have no trouble recommending any new client to Mario.

We cannot thank Mario enough for outstanding job he did pre, during and post sale of our property. The time and advice Mario freely provided in the months leading up to our house going on the market was exceptional. His efforts in achieving a record result for us was nothing short of brilliant. We cannot recommend him and his team highly enough

From the very beginning, Mario impressed us with his knowledge of the local market, professionalism when it came to delivering outcomes as promised and his advise before and during the sales process. I would recommend Mario to anyone looking to sell a property in the Canberra market.

Mario is a well versed sales professional, with years of market experience that clearly shows in his effectiveness as an Agent. Mario (and his team) took the time to understand our buy and sell positions, our expectations with regards to desired contractual outcomes (for the buy), communication/marketing requirements for each property (buy and sell), all with a very high level of professionalism that made us feel comfortable. Communication was excellent (all hours of the day or night), he always had a smile, and always returned a missed call or vmm (always with a smile in his voice). Auction day was a anxious period, but Mario was able to maximise the sale with unprecedented auction day sales skills (again, shows his experience). We would highly recommend Mario to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property. - Credit also to David Stokes (Mario's protégé), for his contribution, outstanding effort and ethic.

Mario impressed us so much when we bought a property he listed recently that there was no question that we wanted him to "sell" our property too. He is super professional, has an engaging manner and his campaign operated like clockwork. We knew exactly what was expected of us and what we could expect of him. Mario kept us apprised of progress over the 3 weeks it took to sell our property with a satisfactory outcome. Super(b) Mario!!

Mario demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the local market and remained positive, constructive and responsive throughout the 6 weeks of marketing my home. His team of David and Sarah complemented his work and they provided a comprehensive service. I am very happy to recommend him.
