Mario's professionalism, approachability and personal presentation convinced us to engage him for the sake of our home. At the end of the process, we've never doubted the decision, Mario achieved a good result for us and worked strategically to get there. I'd use him again.

Fantastic real estate agent/s. Went above & beyond to help me get the price I wanted. Very professional & easy to talk to . Would recommend to everyone

Excellent performance by Principal and staff.

Mario was great to work with and achieved a good result.

We purchased this property through Mario Sanfrancesco some 17 Years ago. His professionalism, communication & negotiation style was and continues to be second to none and we highly recommend his services. Looking forward to dealing with Mario in the future. Jacinta & Tony

We were very happy to have selected Mario to sell our house. We believed that he understood the market in our area and would potentially achieve the best outcome for us. It appeared he had an extensive list of prospective buyers whom he considered would be interested in our particular property and this indicated that he had a good understanding of the current selling and buying market. This was confirmed to us by the number of people who inspected our house. He was enthusiastic throughout the campaign prior to auction and on auction day. He responded very quickly to any requests we made in relation to the campaign and reported immediately after any inspections. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mario to any prospective buyers or sellers.

The whole sale process from agreeing the marketing plans and commission scale, preparing the property for sale, open inspections and auction itself were simple and straight forward. Mario provided honest and intelligent advice that guided us smoothly through the process. We couldn't be happier with the result. We would highly recommend Mario.

Mario and his team are an extremely professional organisation. From their initial contact with us and review of our home to their marketing strategy and open house displays right through to the auction day everything ran smoothly and professional. I don't believe we would have had as successful an outcome with any other agent.

Mario is a great communicator and was always able to advise us week by week how the sale of our home was progressing. Like most owners our expectations were quite high and Mario did his best to manage us - fortunately we did get a great result and we're very satisfied with the process.

Working with Mario Sanfrancesco was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Mario provided great advice on how to prepare the home for sale and the communication throughout the sale process was timely, transparent and honest. We achieved an outstanding result because he builds trust with buyers and us as vendor.

Mario was upfront from the start..letting us know the good and bad(thankfully there were none) of our property. Giving us clear options. Once the decisions were made the auction process, from open house to the auction day, was seamless....although a little stressful on the day. Thank you Mario for a great outcome............a records for Waramanga

Mario was the true professional, we cannot fault his transparency, honesty and experience throughout the process. If you are thinking of selling your property, we have no hesitation in recommending Mario.
