Matt combines an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for excellent client service with extensive business experience having successfully run and sold two of his own businesses. One of these successful businesses was a property finance company, which fuelled a long-standing interest in the real estate industry and provided Matt with practical and extensive knowledge of the property transaction process from a client and financiers point of view.
Matt has over 20 years experience in selling and prides himself on his ability to think creatively in obtaining the best possible outcome for his clients. Having bought, renovated and sold many properties over the past ten years, he firmly believes that outstanding customer service is the foundation of not just a good agent, but a great agent.
He has a deep understanding of the emotional roller coaster the process of buying and selling property can be, and he is committed to delivering a service that combines finely tuned negotiation skills with great communication and a ‘never say never’ attitude.
Matt is a demonstrated problem solver having assisted many of his past clients move into the best situation for them, effectively taking on the role of trusted advisor.
In recent years, Matt was able to take a risk do something many families dream of - spending twelve months in Bali with his wife and two young children, living as locals and very much pushing their comfort zone. Now based locally, outside of work their interests are shared between his own sporting passions of rugby, tennis and surfing along with his young children’s involvement in Manly SLSC Nippers and Seaforth Raiders Rugby.
