Matt did a great job selling my daughter Kathryn's unit in collaroy. It was important to us that he himself attended all inspections thereby having first contact with all prospective buyers and ongoing negotiations. He rang straight after each inspection and also provided a comprehensive report on all contract holders. His wife Cherie was also very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Whilst we did not achieve a top price over the range quoted we did achieve the upper part of the range before auction. My daughter bought and sold in fifteen days all through Cunninghams. It's been a good experience and I would recommend Matt and Cherie.
