We recently sold our house in Manly in less than 2 weeks on the market at a price that exceeded our expectations. We first met Matt whilst trying to purchase a property he was managing the sale of. Appointing Matt as our agent was definitely the best decision we made in the sale of our property. If there was something he needed to say to us to help achieve the best result he said it. During the final stage of the process when negotiations were underway, Matt was amazing. He went above and beyond to work with buyers to ensure we achieved the best possible price. All while keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Matt was able to achieve an amazing price for our property, well beyond our expectations, in fact it was actually a suburb record for our property type. We were shocked and thrilled by the price he was able to achieve and it is a testament to his fantastic negotiation skills. So if you are looking for a great agent - choose Matt he is in our opinion the best agent on the Northern Beaches and we recommend him to everyone.

Matt was a pleasure to work with. His confidence and knowledge of my property and of Manly made me feel in very good hands. I rarely write reviews but am more than willing to do so for Matt and Cunninghams. I ran into a friend this morning who is shortly going to be putting their place on the market and were a little unsure of which agent to go with. I had absolutely no hesitation in referring her to Matt and passing on my experience. Matt has a great support team behind him to market your property effectively and is very informative with a pleasant manner, good clear concise communication skills and highly responsive as you would expect when selecting an agent. However, what really distinguishes him from the many is that he has integrity in spades which was displayed on a few occasions during the campaign. There are several good agents in the area i could have opted for but i am delighted i went with Matt and Cunnighams to sell our home.

Let's just say I was very impressed. I was given great advice, like when not to take an offer...things agents are not usually known for when they just want to get a deal done. We were over the moon with the result, far more than we expected and in under a week on the market!!
