I was a little unsure of who to use, whether to go with a big agency with a lot of properties and history, but got a good sense from talking to Matt that he would be committed and do a good job for us. In the end I was delighted we did. He was really proactive in his communication, always keeping us informed. He was thoughtful, both for us and our tenants, which showed me his professionalism. He negotiated what we felt was a good price, and really seemed for working for us, rather than chasing his commission.
