Hello, Without getting into specific detail I would like to express how utterly satisfied we were with Matt's performance regarding all facets of the sale of our property. It also includes the conception of the project, assistance with design and continued support throughout the entire build process right up to the point of sale at auction. Exceptional service and communication skills keeping us informed and reassured at all times and never a doubt regarding his ability to ensure our dream became more then a reality by breaking record sales in the area- thanks again Matt Look forward to working with Matt again with our next project. Regards, Shay & Jemima

My sister and I recently sold our late parents home in Caringbah. Being in realestate the first place I looked for an agent to represent us in the sale was Rate my agent. Matt and his team's Market prescense and activity certainly stood out amongst his competitors . Matt and his team diligently stayed in contact and kept my sister and I up to date on market activity for over 10 months. So when the time came to sell Matt and his talented team of Brett and Peta were our only choice. We had over 60 groups through the Property and sold prior to auction after 11 days for a price well over our expectations. So if you are looking for a true "Shire" agent to sell your property, then look no further than Matt Callaghan, Brett McAdams and Peta Otford you certainly won't be disappointed! Thanks guys.

Selling our late parents home was not an easy thing too do – very emotional and slightly stressfull. Matt and his team took control, guided and encouraged us to a brillant outcome. Matt certainly made it easier for us and I know we did our parents proud. Thank you Matt, Brett & Peta. The Barker Family

First introduce to Matt as we looked to buy a dream at Port Hacking. Matt was fantastic to deal with he was very friendly, honest and open with us about our purchase expectations and knew the property well and help us succeed in our purchase. Matt was truly professional at all times. We enjoyed the buying through Matt so much that we used him for our sale in Engadine. Matt and his team ran a great campaign for us to achieve a record price for the Suburb. Matt showed his experience and exceptional talent at selling premium properties to get such a great result. His dedication and passion to help us achieve success was outstanding.

We found Matt to be very helpful during the sale process of our home. He went out of his way to assist us in putting the house on the market and achieved a good result with the minimum of expense or fuss. Having previously having a bad experience with a different real estate company we appreciated Matt's professionalism and knowledge of the Shire. We would be happy to recommend Matt to anyone contemplating buying or sell their property.
