Matthew and his team were exceptional the entire way through the sale of my property. Market conditions were tricky and the best result was achieved. Matthew used his local knowledge and industry expertise to really drive the marketing program and sale process. This is the second property that Matthew has sold for me and as I am moving locally am sure will not the the last. The entire process from initially viewing the property, assisting with preparations, open homes and keeping me updated along the way was seamless and timely. I can not recommend Matthew and his team enough for your next sale.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Matt and the fantastic Ray White team. We were worried about the effort it would take to get our Sydney house up to scratch to sell from Newcastle. They arranged for six separate trades and a stylist to have our house looking amazing in just 10 days! Then they found the buyers and we sold our house after just two weeks on the market for well above what we had hoped for. We didn't have to go to auction and we are celebrating a great result with no effort on our part. Thank you to Matt and his team!!

From the very first meeting with Matt to the post auction jubilation and the 'thank you so much' group hug, the level of professionalism, enthusiasm and friendliness shown by Matt and his team was always readily apparent. Above all though Matt's commitment in getting to know us, not just as vendors, but as two people selling their treasured home and what that meant, really shone through. We can't thank you enough Matt!

Matthew is the perfect agent! Not only did Matt get us a price we are very happy with, he made the process very easy and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He is excellent at communicating during the campaign and made us feel at ease as soon as we met with him, right up until the auction! It's clear he loves what he does, and we wouldn't use another agent again. You would be silly not to use Matt.

I was interstate with my grandchildren and left it all up to Matt. I never had to make a call as I was totally kept in the loop, after every open I would receive a call with a short run down, following day comprehensive written update. I had complete trust in Matt and Ray White Erskinville and was not disappointed . I hope the lucky new owners love living in Glebe and enjoy their new home as much as my children and I did . We came to a somewhat last minute decision to sell our long-time home at the end of October 2021. After meeting with Matt, I felt most comfortable with Ray White as our listing agent. It took 19 days from engaging them to the first private inspection on 18 November. This period included clearing out unnecessary items, minor painting and styling the property. After another two open inspections and one follow up private inspection, our property was sold after just 8 days on the market. We had planned for a three week campaign; culminating with an auction on 11 December. Having given Matt a challenge to better the most recent sale in our complex, not only did he exceed our personal target, to use a sports metaphor, Matt smashed the ball out of the stadium. In doing so, he topped the July 2021 sale of a similar unit in our complex by almost $250k. We were very happy with the outcome as it places us in a better position to purchase our next home. What are our key learnings from selling a home for the first time in 27 years? 1. Buying and selling real estate seems to be a people business and the agent is your broker. 2. Take your time to speak to a few potential agents based on a list of your objectives. 3. Ask many questions to self-educate - if you lack recent experience like us. 4. Decide if the agent is telling you what you want to hear, rather than what you need to hear. 5. If the agent is telling you what you need to hear, then follow their professional advice!!
