Matthew was diligent in opening my property twice a week, even when there were few offers initially , and my property was passed in on the first auction. However we had one offer after this auction, which I knocked back. This then became the benchmark price for me to sell. The property was sold at that price a few weeks later which I felt was fair value. Matthew and his delightful team of female real estate agents worked hard to sell my apartment . Matthew went out of his way to do a couple of extra ideas to move things along in a positive direction for my sale.
