Melanie was in Roleystone doing a market appraisal on another property, she contacted me to ask if I would like a market appraisal on my property as it had been on the market previously with a local agent. I agreed to her request and was very pleased with her marketing plan, so decided to try again and listed it with her. After taking into account her wealth of knowledge and experience in presenting a property for sale, we soon had our home on the market. As you know I was very happy with the service that you provided, and given that it was a joint listing, I really felt that you put in by far the lion’s share of the work.
