Michael has been a great agent to work with. Although we have a personal friendship, Michael was very professional and focused on getting the best price for my property. Michael explained the process clearly and provided a clear plan of what to expect while selling at Auction. Michael had great communication throughout the process and managed to get me 5% more than what I expected in the sale price. The process was efficient and my home was sold in 2 weeks from first open home to exchange. Michael also was very courteous with the current tenants and made sure they were well informed of any open homes or private inspections. I couldn't recommend Michael enough and appreciate such a smooth sale.

Michael absolutely killed it. He couldn’t have picked a better career path! Responsive, enthusiastic and here to get the job done. When it’s our time to sell, we wouldn’t trust any other agent!

Overall, we were happy with Michael because he got the deal done, which is what we wanted. It would have been a bad outcome if the house didn’t sell. We note that Michael put a lot of effort into liaising with the buyers, including providing a detailed update on what to expect on auction day. While understanding there was important information that we needed to get across, there were times when Michael could have been a bit more brief in discussions. We were impressed with the work of Josh and the overall preparation of getting the house ready for sale. The furniture fitout was a good idea and done well. While Michael did talk up the possibility of getting 350+ for the sale, particularly after renovations, the end price was probably the most realistic, and maybe having the reserve at 370 impacted on raising the final price higher. Michael’s work in the auction room was good as he used his skills to squeeze the last $15000 out of the buyers. The running of the auction was also very good with the auctioneer stretching things out to keep the buyers thinking and engaged. Overall good effort. Rgds Phil
