I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Wellsmore from LJ Hooker Belconnen and I can confidently say he is not your typical real estate agent. From our first meeting at an inspection, Michael took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and kept in regular contact throughout the process. He provided clear and honest guidance about the property, pricing, and auction expectations, and was very understanding of my personal situation. On auction day, Michael offered great support and encouragement, helping me successfully secure the property—truly a dream come true! Even after the contract was signed, he went above and beyond by taking the initiative to raise some post-sale issues with the sellers on my behalf. I cannot recommend Michael highly enough and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

He was always available when you reached out and was always more than happy to help. Even after settlement. He truly cared about not only his clients, but the buyers as well. My husband had recently died and when we went to sell the house we found lots of legal complications which we had no idea how to manage but Michael went above and beyond to help us through everything. He knew all the right people and all the procedures. Through it all he was friendly, helpful and patient. As soon as the legal hiccups were dealt with the house sold promptly.
