Towards the latter end of 20176 my wife and I were keen to sell our property in Waterman's Bay WA. But we thought that maybe it was the wrong time to sell, as property prices in Perth were not optimal for the Seller. In any case we contacted "Abode Real Estate" who had been looking after this property since we bought it in the 1980s. Abode suggested that we used Michelle Ralph , one of their employees. Looking back now, they could not have given us a better person. Nor could Michelle have given us better advise. Very efficient, courteous , helpful and knowledgeable, she suggested we should try a new "on line " method of auction and within less than 6 weeks it was sold.
