Michelle helped with the sale of my first home: a ground-floor, 1 bedroom unit in a small suburban complex. While I did not achieve what I had hoped for with the sale of the property, the process could honestly have been far more frustrating and I have to commend Michelle for her consistent professionalism and efforts to ensure the property was being seen and all leads were being followed. Never did I feel that the ball was being dropped or my property was being forgotten; Michelle remained in touch on all significant details and very available for and responsive on questions and discussion. As a first home seller, I would have appreciated some stronger recommendations on how to move forward in the earlier part of the process but on the positive side, I was never in a position where I felt pressured to choose an option that did not suit me. I would definitely recommend Michelle to home sellers and buyers alike; she has a friendly, amiable manner, clearly intelligent in her responses and conversation, never pushy but honest throughout, and I appreciated her empathy and patience throughout the process.
