We met with Michelle on a Friday evening. Michelle and her team committed to preparing the property for sale, listed and open for inspection a week later on the Saturday. This included some maintenance to gardens and decking, styled with furniture, engaging a conveyancer and development of Section 32 all ready for the Saturday. I was impressed to see that this did happen. Michelle also kept us informed and up to date at every stage of the process.
