The property we purchased was sold at Auction, I went to all the Saturday inspections as well as a private inspection. Although Michelle was the Agent I found all the communication I had was through her assistant Wendy. Wendy was extremely helpful during the process, if we needed anything or had any further queries. Michelle assisted us during the bidding process at Auction. Whilst waiting for settlement Wendy allowed us access to the property so we could measure some spaces. Wendy was lovely.
I would not recommend Michelle from O’’Brien Real Estate to anyone wanting to sell their property. In fact, l felt she was not looking after my best interests but catering to her own needs. I don’t believe Michelle has the required knowledge in this field to maximise the full potential of a sale.
