From the moment of our first meeting Michelle impressed me with her friendly, efficient and professional approach to the selling of my home. She was very intuitive to my fears and made me feel completely secure in her hands. All her suggestions were reasonable and understandable and every detail during the sale process was carried out in the same manner. Michelle kept me completely informed and went above and behind what was expected to achieve a prompt sale at an excellent price that met our particular need for a quick settlement. I cannot tahnk her enough.

Apart from negotiating the final sale price I had no direct interaction with Michelle. I spoke with different people at two inspections and via email communications. As a first home buyer I'm not sure how these interactions should be rated but I had hoped for something a bit more supportive.
