We listed our property off market and it sold in about 5 weeks. Michelle is absolutely brilliant, not only in her knowledge of the surrounding area but also the price market. Her confidence in selling our property was extremely strong, which I wasn't too sure of, but true to her word she brought in the figure that we were looking for and all within 2 weeks of our house going on the market. She is amazing! All I can say is if you are looking for an Agent to sell your house, Michelle is the only one I would use.
