Never tell a sincere buyer, "if you can't afford it, you should look at xyz" in such a condescending tone. Negotiating during a private sale is the most basic thing. In the end I got better service and help from your junior staff. (btw I made an offer on Monday and after negotiations, vendor signed on Friday)

We were referred to Michelle by 2 friends who had also sold with her. Our process began back in 2019 when we contacted Michelle for an appraisal, Michelle was always so prompt with information and we could tell she knew what she was talking about.
