The only reason we gave Mike 4 stars in this category is that we got close but not the full price we would have liked but well done Mike.

We had seen Mike's advertisements around the neighborhood over the past year or so however it wasn't until we noticed the house across the street change from "FOR SALE" to "UNDER OFFER" within 2 days that we really considered selling up ourselves. Being that Mike had sold that one and got a great price we made the call and it was such a good decision. Mike has a sound knowledge of the area and knew the right marketing strategy and pricing bracket to ensure a smooth sale. We got the sale price we were looking for and the buyer got our beautiful first home. Our home was under offer within a week, without as much as a home open! I would highly recommend Mike's services to anyone that is considering selling their home.
