Mike and Lucy were extremely professional - friendly, up front and excellent communicators. They gave me frank advice about renovations prior to going on the market and achieved a fantastic result in a very short space of time.

Mike's sales plan really works... he sold our house twice, firstly in 7 days and then on the second occasion in 10 days. Unfortunately our first contract fell through, however this was where Mike's skills and knowledge really came to the fore. During this time he worked extremely hard to make what was a anxious time for us less stressful. When it came time to relist the property, he once again used his sales plan and the house was sold (permanently) in no time at all. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
