I received a mail drop in my mailbox from Petrusma real estate . Upon opening the pamphlet I was interested in what I was reading and the knowledge they were showing me for the area , I contacted Mike Speakman and organised an appraisal on my property . After about 15 minutes of options and the knowledge of the area and what prices I could hope to achieve I didn't see a purpose in calling other real estate's as he was telling me everything I wanted to hear . So he signed me up 2 days later and started the ball rolling, communication along the way was exemplary and I felt very much in tune with Mike and Lucy . On the first Saturday we had an open home and by the Monday my place was sold all up 7 to 8 days outstanding .
