Overall we were happy with Mikes performance. We didn't have it on the market for long and only had one offer which we took so it was hard to gage Mikes negotiation skills, however I have no doubt that with his experience this would also be good. He showed very good communication skills and had a good knowledge about the Realestate market and the area we were selling in. We would recommend him to friends and would use him again.
