Task handle his own way dont follow the real Estate conduct

I am his long time friend, when I was ready I inform him and meet with him his office. I thought he followed code and conduct of the real estate unfortunately he always take a advantage as a friend. He told him please don’t do it but he did same thing over and over never follow the real estate policy. But as a positive mind person and as a highly educated person and administrator character I accept what he done for me . Finally our journey was end good outcomes. I believe all well if ends well. One thing I should mention he did hard and soul but don’t have real estate experience he can’t handle his task professional way . As a Military and Police background person I don’t forgive his mistakes, that’s why I complain his job . Last not least I am not very happy but happy what ever the final consequences.
