I've known Namir for 10 years. He sold the house to me 10 years ago. When it was time to sell, I knew it was Namir that I needed to sell it for me. I've met quiet a few agents over the years so I had quite a lot of choice. The main things I liked about Namir: - Straight talking, gets straight to the point - Has an easy manner which makes it easy for buyers to engage with him - Gets straight down to work, we agreed an aggressive sale timeline and he delivered to it - Not the snake oil salesman type so often encountered in the real estate world - Communicates well, and often - you always know where things are at - Knows the market and knows your buyers On this last point, Namir's knowledge of the interested parties came into its own on the day before auction. Suddenly my conveyancer was contacted with a range of revisions to the contract being proposed by several buyers. One revision was a particular issue to me. Because Namir knew the buyer, he knew this change wasn't necessary for them. He was able to have it changed, and they still bought the house at auction the next day. This is when the value of knowing the buyers well pays off.
