We first met Namir Mikha 7 years ago when looking at a property to buy in Marrickville (Inner West). We were extremely impressed by Namir's marketing campaign & the amount of people who turned up at every open. Namir was always very pleasant & friendly everytime we saw him. On auction day there were over 100 people present with a high number of registered bidders. We were the successful bidders & bought our first home. We always thought that when it was our turn to become the vendor, it was that type of enthusiasm & marketing campaign that we would like from an agent. Over the years Namir kept in touch, seeing how we were doing, sending us updates on local results, but not directly asking about selling or being pushy. So, when we did eventually start to look for a new property to buy & decided to sell, we approached Namir & a few other agents (for comparison).
