We first met Namir Mikha 7 years ago when looking at a property to buy in Marrickville (Inner West). We were extremely impressed by Namir's marketing campaign & the amount of people who turned up at every open. Namir was always very pleasant & friendly everytime we saw him. On auction day there were over 100 people present with a high number of registered bidders. We were the successful bidders & bought our first home. We always thought that when it was our turn to become the vendor, it was that type of enthusiasm & marketing campaign that we would like from an agent. Over the years Namir kept in touch, seeing how we were doing, sending us updates on local results, but not directly asking about selling or being pushy. So, when we did eventually start to look for a new property to buy & decided to sell, we approached Namir & a few other agents (for comparison). Namir was the only agent that not only gave us a realistic price guide but was also interested in helping us find a new home. It was comforting to get this extra service as it's such a stressful time, we felt & knew we were in good hands. Unfortunately, the market moved away from us too quickly so we stayed longer than expected & weren't able to sell at that time. Namir understood & still kept in touch. Eventually when we were able to sell, we knew that it would be with Namir. Firstly we wanted to try sell off market & then we changed over to an auction campaign to really get the ball rolling. Namir had no problem with us changing tactics quickly & organised a full auction campaign to suit our needs. He made everything so easy for us, nothing was a problem for Namir. During the whole process Namir was always enthusiastic & he kept us calm when we would stress & he handled all issues with our property professionally & quickly. I met Namir about 4 years ago when he was selling a house in Petersham similar to mine. I wasn’t buying but thinking of selling my place and trying to make a price comparison. I didn’t sell but Namir kept in touch with occasional phone calls and sending me market results but never tried pushing me to sell. I wanted to do some repairs and re paint the interior of the house before I put it on the market. But having done a major renovation about 15 years ago, I had the lost the enthusiasm to do it again. This was the year 2016, that I was going to do the work required then out of the blue, Namir approached me with a proposition where he would show the house off market only to his clients in his database looking for a house of my proportions. I readily agreed believing it would be a good marketing exercise for me. I didn’t think it would sell at the price I wanted due to the repairs the property required. I was pleasantly surprised overwhelmed really. After one week with just two inspections and minimal marketing, it sold for a great price. While it is a desirable property with some very attractive features I believe Namir played an important role in selling it and worked very hard to get me such a good price.
