I sold an investment property in West Moonah that I held for several years. Being from Melbourne and not truly appreciative of the local Hobart market I was energised and encouraged by Natalie's local knowledge and confidence in what needed to be done. I was thinking of spending money to furnish the and do some other bits and pieces which would have cost money, however Natalie provided wise advice on what to do and what to leave out. With not alot of money we prepared the place very well and it went to market looking fantastic. Roslyn & I after unsuccessfully trying to sell our house many many years ago were very reluctant to try again , probably not reluctant but sceptical but after being referred to Nat she happily came and met us , had a look around and explained the process that lies ahead which was very positive and reassuring . With no hesitation we followed her advice step by step , worked on some recommendations etc and before we knew it the sign was up and we were selling .
