When we first met with Nat Downton we had all but decided to go with another agent. However after meeting with Nat, her down to earth nature and honest approach gave us confidence in her ability to communicate with buyers and represent us in a fair manner. We also felt confident that she would not push us into anything we did not feel comfortable with. Nat listened to our requests and desires and helped us review the pros and cons of our ideas. When we were adamant that we did not wish for a 'for sale' sign she listened, when we said 'no open homes' she listened, and when we said' no real estate guide' she listened! Other agents would have laughed at us or downgraded the price as a result of reducing the competition, but Nat never made us feel like we were being painful and just found alternative ways to promote our house and manage inspections.
