That marketing strategy worked beautifully, resulting in a most satisfactory purchase proposal being put to us for consideration, along with a number of other proposals, within just a very few days. We were delighted with the offers received and the skill so obviously demonstrated by Natalie Downton in the whole process, extending to finalising the agreement of sale. We had occasion to be interstate during some of this time; we had no cause to feel that our trust and confidence in her was at all compromised by that absence. The whole process was conducted in such a manner as to cause us minimal concern, including liaising with our solicitors and all other affected parties. In addition, she very readily offered advice on who else needed to be advised of the sale and how we could best manage those requirements.
