Whilst many agents are happy to produce a simple one page flyer, they go to the extra effort of really featuring the property by way of a brochure with extra added info about the property, area etc. This is carried through to their website which has a host of extra functions/info that I have not seen anywhere else. Being an interstate investor, things can be a pain as far as communications, contracts etc. But with Nat from Downton, everything went super smooth, from helping arrange builders inspections, organising property management, advertising and keeping me in the loop at all times.
