We spoke to Nathan when we first made the decision to move. He came and saw us, gave us his opinion on what our house might be worth, and discussed our options with us as far as whether to buy a new place or sell our existing place first. He kept in touch with us and sent us suggestions of properties that may interest us. This is something we got from no other agent that we spoke to. Once we had found our new house, we didn't hesitate that Nathan would be the agent to sell our house. He went through the selling options (auction etc) and gave us his opinion but let us make the decision without pressure. Nathan found us a buyer fairly quickly, and made the entire selling process very easy for us. We know where we will be going when we are looking to move next time!
