We had our unit listed with another agent for a few years with no success. Nathan's approach was refreshing and innovative. He negotiated with the buyers and us in an expert manner as I'm sure we weren't the easiest to deal with. The marketing was superb and really captured the elegance of our penthouse and enticed local, national and international buyers. Would thoroughly recommend using him as our agent in the future.
I dealt a lot with Nathan during the recent sale of my investment property in Mooloolaba. Living in Melbourne wasn't a problem as Nathan kept me up to date on a regular basis via phone calls, emails and in person meetings when I was in Mooloolaba. He is a very professional and confident real estate sales agent and really knows what he is talking about. I know he had my best interest at heart and on the day of my auction worked tirelessly to get the absolute best result for me. I'm who believes in respect, honesty and doing the very best for their client / customer, no matter what it is they are selling. And selling your property is a big thing in one's life. In Nathan I had some one that I could rely on and was truthful and honest with me at all times. Nathan ticked all those boxes. Would I recommend Nathan to people selling their properties, yes. I most definitely would.
Nathan displayed professional manner and quality advice during the listing period. His knowledge of Sunshine Coast real estate is exceptional and I would not hesitate to utilise his services in the future
Straight to the point very happy man very happy with your work will be buying more on the future with you mate
We got the sale but it took nearly months and we lost money. I don't think this was Nathans fault. He seemed to be working hard and trying his best.
Well presented, personable and very keen to succeed. We found Nathan was a hard worker and very competitive in his area.

Nathan was so pleasant from day 1. We tried to purchase before on another property and were unsuccessful, so when this opportunity came around it was great to have contact with him again.
