Really liked the agent - Nick Markis Highly recommend . I was the buyer. Treated me with respect and courtesy. Eventhough we did not agree on the price initially, nick negotiated for a better price for the seller by his professional approach. Not like young generation agents who treat the buyer badly or being passive aggressive to get the price they want. I have ran away from those guys even I liked the property in the past.
