I entrusted Nick to sell the family home of a close personal friend of mine given his local knowledge & experience. Without any advertising required we got the result we were after in less than 2 months! Nick is an easy guy to get on with and guided me through the selling process which I haven't been through in many years. No BS, simply a spade is a spade with Nick Makris. Great industry market place knowledge in the 3170 area he works & he just perseveres for a good mutual outcome. *Note: Strangely I admit that I made the first mistake & initially listed with another guy that the open agent internet site ratings said was the number 1. Number 1 at what? (Meaning some people will tell you anything to just get the listing). The only offer after 90 days was $90k under what numero uno had blown the smoke up my @*$# telling me he anticipated he would sell for. As soon as the agreement listing expired I recontacted Nick (whom was first initially recommended by a acquaintance as honest & straight forward). He then took it on & rode the listing through the Bank Royal Commission, the Federal Election, that created a huge market downturn & navigated the right time. He has earned all of his 5 stars as I actually live a far removed 150 kilometres from the property & can say my only regret is that I didn't list with Nick initially at the start. If anyone else can learn from my big mistake or may think I am just blowing smoke now too (sort of like the Numero uno guy) feel free to contact me to verify my genuine authenticity.
