We chose Nick because he seemed to be the agent doing the most sales in the Derrimut area. After making contact he gave us so much information about the sales that were occurring/occurred it was clear he knew what he was talking about. He gave us a marketing proposal with a plan that included sprucing up (painting, etc.) and styling the property. While this cost money it paid dividends with a quick sale at a price beyond our expectations. Nick kept us informed throughout the process and he was really easy to deal with.
