Nick has a very personable approach, never pushy, confident of himself, his services and his market. From the very first dealing, Nick is super detailed with his analysis and recommendations backed by ‘facts and figures’ justifications on price points and expectations. He intimately manages every aspect of the process from the very beginning to the end. Nick provides prompt responses and updates and never seems to miss a beat through the entire process, and midnight responses were not uncommon! Nick places a lot of thoughts on the sales campaign, analysing even to the day before the launch. Prior to that stage, preparing the property and having the appropriate legal representation are precursors to a good campaign, and Nick’s recommendations work seamlessly. With the firm trust established with Nick over a number of months, it was easy to go with Nick’s recommendations on the how’s, the who’s and the when’s - That decision was absolutely spot on and Nick delivers in every area.
