We chose Nick because he seemed to be the agent doing the most sales in the Derrimut area. After making contact he gave us so much information about the sales that were occurring/occurred it was clear he knew what he was talking about. He gave us a marketing proposal with a plan that included sprucing up (painting, etc.) and styling the property.
