Nick supported wonderfully by Shanti and John found us our new home in under a month. It ticks 9.5 out of ten of our boxes based on the well structured survey they asked us to provide. Their exceptional market knowledge was invaluable to us and they were not perturbed by our non-Permanent Residency status at the time. Had we been sellers we would have been delighted with they way they prepare a house to be seen at its very best. Their valuable support did not stop at contract signature, we still get regular process updates that have made moving into our new home so simple and “we are gunna love it”.

We first met Nick outside the OC office in Willunga, we had been for dinner and wandered over for a look in the window to see what was for sale, we were looking for an investment to buy.
