We were selling our property over the difficult New Year sales time and having researched agents within the area we chose Nick as he had a good reputation among our friends and we thought his "secret sale" proposal best suited our needs. After a couple of open inspections Nick introduced a client he had previously dealt with, arranged for the property to be viewed, then presented us with a contract that fully suited our needs of price and settlement time. Having executed the contract he then followed up by giving us the assistance we needed to sell all our furniture that we had no more use for.
