I found he was responsive and pleasant to deal with. He answered all questions thoroughly and in a very polite, patient and timely manner. Buying property or selling property is normally a stressful process but Nick made it a smooth and seemless one. Nick presented the property in such a way that you could appreciate the best things of it without "over-marketing" like others. Even after the contract was signed, Nick always took his time to courteously follow up and offered supports.
