Nick suggested that we initially hold a secret sale and failing that, we would go to advertising. We only held one open inspection with the secret sale and had an offer the next day. The first offer Nick refused on our behalf, and with the second offer he negotiated via phone while we were present, resulting in an outcome which we were much more happy with.
