We approached Nick for an appraisal on our mother’s house. We found him friendly, honest and straightforward giving us a realistic price range for the property. He obviously loves what he does. He helped us with simple suggestions on minor improvements that would enhance the property without detracting from its essential character. The entire process from the first contact to the sale at auction was carefully planned and we were kept informed at every turn. The photographs were fantastic and showed the property in the best light. It was a stressful time for us as mum was moved to an aged care facility after breaking her hip and amongst other things the entire house needed to be sorted and cleared. Nick was there for us the entire time encouraging and cajoling us into some sort of order, responding to late night emails when help was needed.
