They always answered our calls and questions and made sure details were not overlooked. We would say that our property was a difficult one to undertake for sale as it is in a prime location close to the city but at the same time in a street where properties vary greatly. Nima is reliable and responsive. When he says he will get back to you on Friday 5pm, he will get back to you by Friday 5pm. Most agents I deal with don't even get back to you and requires a follow-up. Nima is a rare find as an agent.
