Nima did a great job as he was thrown into my campaign when frank perri resigned, he was up to date with sale but quoted $680-$750 originally but as I had done my own research I felt $700 would be a great result, when I got $695 was very happy as I felt that was what my property was worth. l asked Nima for a market appraisal a few years ago, Nima gave me an appraisal and remained in touch. l was renovating my house at the time painting and landscaping my garden. When l had finished l asked Nima to appraise the property again. Nima was confident that l would get a good result. We were very impressed with Frank and Nima from our very first meeting we had.
