Good agent, cares about the work,hardworking

I sold my house through Nima and he is a professional agent. He worked based on real facts and didn't give us high expectation in terms of selling price.he had very good strategy in auction day and achieved what we were expecting. He supported me after selling my house to rent back for 2 months. He is very responsive and available 24/7. I highly recommend him for selling a house.

We are very pleased with Nima's service during the sale of our property in North Warrandyte. After the month-long campaign ended with a pass-in at the auction, the campaign extended for 2 weeks and still no results. We had decided t take the house off the market but Nima decided to push it a little longer...and the sale speaks for itself. Although the sale price fell much lower than our expectations, we are glad we made the sale. Thank you Nima for pushing it all the way! :)

Nima did a great job as he was thrown into my campaign when frank perri resigned, he was up to date with sale but quoted $680-$750 originally but as I had done my own research I felt $700 would be a great result, when I got $695 was very happy as I felt that was what my property was worth.
