We are very pleased with Nima's service during the sale of our property in North Warrandyte. Essentially, he delivered on what had been proposed and his good negotiation skills with potential (and eventual) purchasers was well noted. All in all, we were very please with Ray White during the sale of our property and particularly the personal service and commitment provided by Nima.
After the month-long campaign ended with a pass-in at the auction, the campaign extended for 2 weeks and still no results. We had decided t take the house off the market but Nima decided to push it a little longer...and the sale speaks for itself. Nima did a great job as he was thrown into my campaign when frank perri resigned, he was up to date with sale but quoted $680-$750 originally but as I had done my own research I felt $700 would be a great result, when I got $695 was very happy as I felt that was what my property was worth. l asked Nima for a market appraisal a few years ago, Nima gave me an appraisal and remained in touch. l was renovating my house at the time painting and landscaping my garden. When l had finished l asked Nima to appraise the property again. Nima was confident that l would get a good result.
