Nima is reliable and responsive. When he says he will get back to you on Friday 5pm, he will get back to you by Friday 5pm. Most agents I deal with don't even get back to you and requires a follow-up. Nima is a rare find as an agent.

We are very pleased with Nima's service during the sale of our property in North Warrandyte. Essentially, he delivered on what had been proposed and his good negotiation skills with potential (and eventual) purchasers was well noted. All in all, we were very please with Ray White during the sale of our property and particularly the personal service and commitment provided by Nima.
After the month-long campaign ended with a pass-in at the auction, the campaign extended for 2 weeks and still no results. We had decided t take the house off the market but Nima decided to push it a little longer...and the sale speaks for itself.
