In particular respecting the sellers wishes whilst communicating with me regularly, I was constantly kept informed of the status. Noel's years of industry experience and current market knowledge shone through, keeping expectations realistic. Final inspection conducted by Noel was thorough, and items were actioned immediately. I would like to highlight following the sale and settlement, I had a request, this was actioned immediately by Noel and I promptly received a confirmation email. I found it very refreshing to receive the same high level of service following settlement.

Noel understood the market: the potential buyers, and what they would might pay for the property we were selling. He designed a sale process - marketing and auction - around this understanding, ultimately drawing a buyer from what he initially identified as the key market segment and realising a price slightly above the estimate he made when we started out.
