Oliver contacted me some time later regarding the anticipated downsize. He struck me as honest and diligent and not "pushy" so rather than procrastinate any longer with my I sale decided to let him handle it. I wanted to do it with a minimum of fuss so he suggested I sell on the "off market" ( I think that's the correct terminology). He gave me relevant advice including presentation and did the rest including selling in a matter of days at a very acceptable price. I have since bought another property which is not ticking many boxes so am considering selling in which case I will have no hesitation in offering the job to Oliver.
